About the Role
As a TCO, you will be the patient's key point of contact throughout their treatment journey. You will play a vital role in educating and guiding patients through their options, building treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Support clinicians by conducting treatment consultations and follow-ups
Provide clear and confident communication of treatment plans and financial options
Maintain accurate records and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable
Build trust with patients and promote a positive patient experience
Work closely with reception, clinicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a dental environment is
essential
GDC Registration
essential
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, professional, and patient-focused
Able to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure
Knowledge of dental treatments and terminology is highly desirable
Knowlege of microsoft office
