About the Role



As our

Treatment & Patient Coordinator

, you'll be at the heart of the patient journey - welcoming new patients, guiding them through treatment options, and ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and positive.

Your focus will be on:

Acting as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries. Building trust and rapport through exceptional communication - by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person. Explaining treatments clearly (implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation) and supporting patients in making informed decisions - Training will be provided Managing treatment plans, finance discussions, and patient follow-ups with care and attention to detail. Driving

treatment uptake and conversion rates

- turning new leads into happy patients ready to begin treatment. Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient journey.

What We're Looking For



Ideally, you'll have:

A natural ability to communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients. Confidence in discussing treatment options, finance, and next steps in a clear and supportive way. Organisational skills to manage patient records, appointments, and treatment plans. Motivation to help patients begin their treatment journey, with an understanding of how to increase conversion rates. Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or similar systems. Experience in dentistry or healthcare (preferred though not essential as full training will be provided for right candidate).
