The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and addressing any concerns they may have.

Dental experience is preferred.

The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating treatment plans, and providing essential support to both patients and the clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of office operations to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

This role is will suit an individual that thrives on blending customer service delivering high patient care and sales.

Duties



Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options. Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar to optimise patient flow. Assist in preparing treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Collaborate with dental or medical professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up procedures. Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

Skills



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Proficient in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools. Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not essential. Previous sales experience is ideal.

Qualifications



Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in roles related to patient care or dentistry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff. Familiarity with IT systems used in healthcare environments is advantageous. A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
