Role Overview:
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the patient journey, guiding them through their treatment options and ensuring they understand the procedures and financial aspects involved. Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients face to face in clinic to discuss treatment plans and options.
- Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of procedures and financial responsibilities.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, ensuring optimal patient flow.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
