Role Overview:
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the patient journey, guiding them through their treatment options and ensuring they understand the procedures and financial aspects involved. You will serve as the main point of contact for patients, helping to facilitate a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients face to face in clinic to discuss treatment plans and options.
- Provide clear and comprehensive explanations of procedures and financial responsibilities.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, ensuring optimal patient flow.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to the clinic's goals.- Provide exceptional customer service to patients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes is a plus.
