We are seeking a dedicated and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives on building trust and rapport, while playing a key role in delivering a seamless patient journey.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position requires strong communication skills, a background in patient care, and proficiency in IT systems to manage patient records effectively.
As our Treatment Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing patients (NHS and Private), helping guide them through their treatment options with clarity and care. You'll be responsible for managing consultations, follow-ups, and supporting the clinical team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
This is a multi-site role (covering two sites)
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' dental experience
Previous experience as a Head Nurse, Treatment Co-ordinator or Practice Manager is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Duties
Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information regarding their treatment options and answering any queries they may have.
Collaborate with clinicians and team to facilitate seamless patient care and ensure that all treatments are administered as planned.
Maintain organised patient records and manage appointment scheduling and payments efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure that all equipment is ready for use.
Monitor patient progress and follow up on any outstanding treatments or appointments.
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and adhere to health regulations at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a dentistry, preferably as a nurse or in a similar role focused on patient care.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
