Aurora Dental is a modern and fast growing dental clinic in the heart of Solihull. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cosmetic and general dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our treatments include Invisalign, smile makeovers, composite bonding, veneers, implants, and more.

We are now seeking a passionate, experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team and help shape the patient journey in this newly created role.

The Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients exploring cosmetic or advanced dental treatments. You will play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported from consultation through to post-treatment care.

This role is ideal for a qualified Dental Nurse with previous Treatment Coordinator experience, who is confident in patient consultations and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries and consultations Guide patients through cosmetic treatment options including Invisalign, implants, veneers, composite bonding, and smile makeovers Build rapport and provide exceptional care and support during the decision-making process Discuss and explain financial options, including patient finance via platforms such as Tabeo Coordinate and schedule treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and reviews Maintain accurate and compliant patient records Liaise with clinicians, nurses, and reception to ensure a seamless patient journey Use digital scanning technology (iTero experience essential) Consistently deliver high standards of patient care and customer service

Requirements

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a private practice Confident in treatment discussions and financial guidance with patients Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Friendly, professional, and able to build trust with patients Familiar with digital scanning (iTero Essential) Experience with SFD (Systems for Dentists is ideal) and Tabeo is desirable GDC-registered Dental Nurse
