We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the treatment processes within our facility, ensuring that both staff and clients receive exceptional service. The Treatment Coordinator will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and maintaining financial oversight, all while fostering a positive environment for both animals and their owners.
Duties
Supervise and manage the treatment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care.
Oversee financial management related to treatment plans, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to develop effective treatment protocols and ensure compliance with best practices.
Handle human resources functions, including staff training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and manage scheduling for the treatment team.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment options, costs, and follow-up care.
Ensure that the facility meets all health and safety regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a veterinary or healthcare setting is essential.
Strong background in financial management to oversee budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations is highly desirable.
Prior veterinary experience is preferred to understand the nuances of animal care and treatment processes.
