Long and Gilmour Dental Practice in Bo'ness is looking to recruit a new associate dentist.

We are a large privately owned six surgery practice. The practice is ideally situated in the central belt. Most of our dentists live in Edinburgh city centre which is an easy commute. There is plentiful free parking in the area.

We are predominantly NHS but offer a wide range of private treatments, including implant restorations, Invisalign and composite bonding.

The two principal dentists have had over twenty years experience as vocational trainers, one of whom is a VT adviser and they both continue to support and mentor new graduates.

Our large, spacious practice has new chairs in all the associates rooms, modern facilities, materials and equipment.

We are a friendly, sociable team of 25 who get together regularly out with the practice during the year. The practice has been established for over fifty years, in the town centre, and we are very much a part of the local community. Many of our staff have been with us for over thirty years.

We would be able to accommodate an associate at our practice with either full or part time hours and would also consider a locum dentist on a shorter fixed term. A good working knowledge of the Scottish SDR is important.
