We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental anatomy, proficiency in medical imaging. You would be working along side a dental team that provides a range of dental care including, Implants, teeth straightening, composite bonding and advanced Endodontic treatment using leading edge technology including Intra oral scanners, rotary endodontic equipment, and digital imaging. You will be encouraged and fully supported in enhancing your skills and abilities as a dental professional.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals; within the NHS scope of practice.
Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the relevant regulatory body.
Valid dental licence to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
Performer number
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
