FULL TIME/ PART TIME ASSOCIATE DENTIST

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time and a part time Associate Dentist to start from 01/08/2025 at Parkside Dental Practice, Edinburgh. The positions will replace existing VT dentist.

The practice is situated at an excellent location at the junction of Dalkeith road and Parkside Terrace at a walking distance from the city centre.

Well renowned VT Training Practice established 60 years ago independently owned with a supportive and friendly team.

Opportunity

Full time/ Part time Monday to Friday available (no weekends). Working hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview We welcome applications from both well experienced practitioners and newly qualified graduates with VT/VTE experience Well established list (NHS/Private) with a great private earning potential NHS/Private/Lab 50% split Great potential of building up the list Upgraded Ventilation Brand new chairside LED ultrasonic scaler with fibre optic handpiece Associate's surgery is being refurbished with installation of brand new Belmont dental chair and new flooring Digital x-ray Brand new Apex locator and Rotary endo Brand new Lumina Intraoral Scanner Friendly working atmosphere with an excellent support from the Principal, Practice Manager and the entire practice team Modern working environment, fully computerised with SOE software and Examine Pro with IT support Brand new chairside airflow polishing equipment Good remuneration depending on experience Well managed appointment book

Requirements

Full GDC Registration is essential Appropriate Indemnity cover Active Performer number/ VT Number Post VT with 1-2 years work experience will be an advantage Holding a current Scottish Health Board List number and previous work experience in NHS Scotland will be beneficial Ability to work well within a friendly team Excellent communication skills A desire to provide a high level of clinical care
