Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans using digital systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution and valid dental licence to practice. Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in dental diagnostics. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for managing patient records effectively. A commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
