Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our mixed dental practice 1-2 days a week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy and medical imaging. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, and promoting oral health education.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Interpret medical imaging results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Experience

A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is essential. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating competence in various dental procedures. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and familiarity with medical imaging techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients. A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout treatments.
