Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental medicine, with the ability to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, as well as educating patients on oral health practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to assess oral health. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Utilise medical imaging techniques to identify dental issues accurately. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.

Requirements

Dental degree from an accredited institution and valid dental licence. Strong knowledge of anatomy, particularly related to the oral cavity. Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of dentistry.
