Associate dentist required to join our ever-growing practice.

About the practice:

We are located in Solihull with very close links to the M42 motorway. Our patient base is mainly local Solihull residents but also from surrounding villages.

The practice has an excellent reputation and has been established since 1936. There has always been great emphasis on high quality dentistry and providing an excellent patient journey. The majority of our new patients have been recommended mainly through word of mouth. This is something we pride ourselves on.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is passionate in all aspects of the patient journey and believes in a patient centred approach. They must have a strong belief in providing high quality, ethical dentistry.

- Show excellent communication skills and wanting to build a rapport with their patients and team.

- Realising the importance of continuously improving upon their skill set. We actively encourage this and would want to see that this is being done.

- Importance of working within a team and being able to plan cases as a team to ensure the patient gets the best possible treatment. We work as a team here and actively discuss cases, so a team player is a must.

Obviously a great sense of humour is ideal!

We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week with a private list but also a small NHS commitment

The applicant must be GDC registered and have at least 2 years experience in private dentistry. A portfolio of treatment would be desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 44,574.64-146,878.05 per year
