We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. Available UDAs are between 3000-7000. UDA rate depends on experience and is negotiable. Huge Private income potential with 50-50 split
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise advanced dental technologies and contribute to patient education and treatment planning. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical skills, a thorough understanding of dental anatomy, and experience with medical imaging techniques.
Duties
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing restorations and prosthetics.
Interpret medical imaging such as X-rays to assess oral health accurately.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative measures to maintain optimal dental health.
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Ensure the sterilisation of dental instruments and uphold strict infection control protocols.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Qualifications
Qualified Dentist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong knowledge of human anatomy related to oral structures.
Proficiency in using CAD software for restorative procedures.
Experience with medical imaging techniques such as digital X-rays or cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively.
Organised with meticulous attention to detail in record keeping and treatment documentation.
