About the Role

Wickham Market Dental Practice is looking for a dentist to join their busy practice on a part-time basis.

We are a busy, independent, mixed practice in the Suffolk village of Wickham Market and are proud of our good reputation in the local area. We are fully digitalised and offer implant surgery with our principal dentist Dr Yasir Saeed, and cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign with our visiting award winning consultant, Dr George Papadakis.

The post-holder will be part of the wider dental team, providing clinical support to dental hygienists/nurses. They will provide a full range of dental care to the patients of the dental practice, from routine examinations to advanced specialist treatments including;


Examination, assessment and treatment of patients. Undertake the diagnosis, selection of appropriate periodontal techniques and delivery of periodontal care in an effective way. Undertake more advanced periodontal treatment procedures if trained to do so. Routine exodontia and/or simple surgical extractions. Undertake the diagnosis, selection of appropriate restorative technique and the delivery of restoration or replacement of teeth in an effective way. Identify commonly occurring emergencies and leads the dental team in the appropriate first line management of the emergency, using appropriate techniques, equipment, and drugs.

About the Candidate

To be considered for this position, you will need the following:
GDC registered and possess an active England Performer number 2 references A DBS check is mandatory
