Intern Clinician -- Full-Arch Surgery / All-on-X Training Pathway

Location: EvoDental Leeds Contract: Full-time (4 days: Tue-Fri, 08:00-18:30)

Salary: 68,000 per annum + pension, private healthcare, funded training (see below)

About EvoDental EvoDental focuses exclusively on full-arch immediate-load implantology. Our vertically integrated clinics and on-site labs deliver a fully digital workflow, from planning to surgery to restoration.

Why this role

Structured 1:1 mentoring from senior full-arch surgeons from day one. High surgical exposure with progressive responsibility (assessment, planning, surgery, prosthetics). Integrated digital lab: work shoulder-to-shoulder with CAD/CAM technicians. o Funded development: IV sedation training, CBCT qualification, indemnity), GDC fees, internal training. Exposure to advanced techniques: pterygoid and trans-sinus implants; FP1- style All-on-X prosthetics; fully digital immediate load.
What you'll achieve (indicative, competence-based)

Participate in and progressively place a high volume of implants within the supervised full-arch pathway. By ~12 months, a successful intern is independently performing dual-arch immediate-load cases and completing prosthetic phases within the digital workflow (subject to progression milestones). With experience, you'll have observational/assisted exposure to more complex remote anchorage techniques and, where appropriate, to zygomatic/trans-nasal concepts.
Who we're looking for

BDS (or equivalent) and full right to work in the UK. o ?2 years post-qualification experience. OS/MaxFax DCT exposure preferred (not essential). Comfortable with complex and surgical extractions. No prior implant experience required. What matters is your learning agility, teamwork, and resilience. Training prerequisites You should be enrolled on, or have completed, a recognised postgraduate implant programme (e.g., Practical Implantology, PGCert/PGDip/MSc, ICE). Strong applicants not yet enrolled may be considered with a plan to enrol.
