Developing programs for talent growth, including but not limited to training courses so artists are prepared for their upcoming work, peer to peer training and mentorship as the team expands and team development activities to promote continued growth in light of an ever evolving pipeline and workflows will all fall under your remit. The DM ensures the high quality standards and expectations of the studio are met across all projects.
