Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Commerciality




Deliver and maintain an elevated client experience within the store environment Implement the Ralph Lauren ways of working and selling culture to maximise sales and profitability Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan Keep up to date with competitor activity




Operations




Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity Manage and maintain a safe work environment for clients and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge





WHO YOU ARE




Energetic, passionate and results driven Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills
