Hourly Paid Associates/Workers (Teaching Related)





We are seeking academic professionals across various specialisms to join us on an hourly paid basis. These roles are available on a short-term, ad hoc basis, providing support to our students through a range of roles.



Candidates should have experience in delivering and supporting Computing higher education activities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in subject-specific and interdisciplinary contexts, or possess strong relevant industry knowledge and experience. You will also have a positive approach and the ability to contribute to a team.


Hourly Paid Associates/Workers (Teaching Related) cover several roles at the University, including:




Demonstrators (12.99 - 14.11/hour) Tutors (18.61/hour)

As an Hourly Paid Associate/Worker, you are expected to have:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet objectives. The initiative to handle a wide range of issues and problems, appropriately challenging decisions. A degree or equivalent experience in your subject area, along with an understanding of the evolving nature of higher education, is required.
