Depot Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

to join our busy depot team in Eastleigh.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in equipment testing, repairs, and maintenance, who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a supportive, growing business.

Experience:

Strong understanding of electrical controls and wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs. PAT testing experience (preferred, not essential) Comfortable using computers and software to manage repairs and maintenance tasks. Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.

Your Role:

Test and fault-find returned equipment from hire contracts. Service and maintain equipment (full training provided). Carry out PAT testing on equipment (training available if needed). Manage repairs using internal asset management software. Order necessary electrical components and parts. Support small R&D projects and contribute to product improvement.
