What You'll Be Doing - Your Day-to-Day:

Leading and supporting a team of Hire Coordinators, Vehicle Valeters, Van Liners, Mechanics, and Drivers Allocating and monitoring daily workloads across hire desk, drivers, and workshop Reviewing customer and vehicle reports, taking action where needed to ensure smooth, efficient operations Driving a service-first culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Ensuring full compliance with company Health & Safety policies Attending and contributing to weekly stakeholder meetings Developing and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and profitability Acting as the face of the branch, building lasting customer and stakeholder relationships




Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced management role, ideally within the hire or transport industry A passion for exceptional customer service and team development The ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships at all levels Attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential) Experience with Prohire is a big plus
