About the role




Are you looking for that first role? Then we have an exciting opportunity to help you take that first step in to learning and developing new skills whilst supporting our Depot Operations team. If you are looking for variety, personal development and growth whilst earning then this could be just for you.


We are looking to expand our team in our Salisbury depot and develop future talent to support our Depot Services and Health and Safety teams. Reporting to the departmental managers and working with a dedicated mentor within a small team you will be helping to support our Depot Services and Health and Safety departments. Alongside your role you will be working towards achieving your Level 3 Business Administration qualification.



Over the duration of the apprenticeship your time will focused on compliance and customer service both within the company and externally, allowing you to apply your learning from the outset.


You will be reviewing health and safety standards, food safety standards, legalities and processes which will help to develop an analytical mind-set.



Your duties will include effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, the provision of solutions to service issues, audit preparation and accident compliance. Completing all daily, weekly and monthly checks including fire, emergency lighting, legionella, PPE, pest, cleaning schedules.



But don't worry full training will be given and you will be supported through the journey.
