What you'll be doing:

Assisting the Accounts Manager in managing day-to-day contract financials and operations Supporting site teams to deliver excellent food and beverage services Helping maintain strong client relationships and ensuring contract compliance Contributing to team recruitment, training, and development activities Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control Helping drive sales through marketing and promotional initiatives Stepping in as acting Accounts Manager when required

What we're looking for:

Experience in contract catering, hospitality, or a similar environment Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Comfortable with financial tasks and basic budgeting Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Leadership potential and ability to support and motivate a team
