An experienced Deputy Branch Manager is needed to join our client\'s removal and relocation service provider team in NW London.

The branch manager will be in charge of promoting the company\'s Removal services throughout the United Kingdom in order to generate leads and sales. The ideal applicant will be driven to meet branch profit goals and provide clients with exceptional Moving services.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Actively promoting the company and its removal services at every opportunity, including developing, advertising, and marketing alongside the Managing Director.
  • Increase sales and expand the removal clientele base.
  • Creating and putting into action a business plan to give the organisation clear direction while keeping in mind its core business goals.
  • Departmental evaluation and optimisation for performance
  • Creating sales proposals that are timely and correct while utilising all supporting material and sales literature.
  • Arranging and managing customer relocation with accuracy and promptness, taking into account the unique demands of the client.
  • Putting in place a workable procedure to guarantee that follow-up on removal proposals and quotes is done.
  • Keeping up with competition within the moving sector to maintain business competitiveness.
  • Establish trustworthy working connections with surveyors and estate agents to market your removal services.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations division to ensure that support is provided when needed to reduce costs.
  • Assisting in the creation of various financial and forecasting reports by promptly submitting monthly and annual data.
  • Taking an active role in the management team, routinely communicating with other department managers to review the performance and productivity of the entire organisation, and making improvements as needed.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must have a background within the moving sector.
  • Possess past experience managing a branch from operations to sales, as well as several years of branch management experience.
  • Superb people management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and retention rates.
