We're now looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our team in Preston, supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural needs.

What you'll be doing:
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our Ofsted-registered home
Lead, coach and motivate a dedicated team of support workers
Champion person-centred care and high standards in safeguarding, behaviour support, and care planning
Build trusted relationships with families, professionals and external agencies
Help prepare for Ofsted inspections and ensure full regulatory compliance
Create a safe, positive home where children can grow in confidence and independence
About you:
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children's home
Passionate about delivering person-centred care and achieving the best outcomes
Confident leader with strong communication and mentoring skills
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
