Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager/RMN (Mental Health Nurse) to join our team at Carmand Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in mental health and learning disabilities.

As A Deputy Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff members
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations of the care homes
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care for residents

Skills Required -
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and/or Mental Health Nursing Qualification
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities care practices
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols
- Excellent organisational skills to manage daily operations effectively, including excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
