Deputy Care Manager

As Deputy Care Manager, you'll be the bridge between our Management, Office, and Care teams--helping us deliver on our mission to provide the very best care in the community.

What you'll be doing:

~ Supporting the Registered Manager in leading a team of Care Assistants


~ Ensuring compliance and striving for excellence in CQC inspections



~ Coaching, motivating, and supervising care staff to deliver outstanding service



~ Managing rotas, care planning, and stepping in for emergency care calls when required



~ Leading on staff recruitment, induction, and training



~ Ensuring policies, procedures, and best practice are consistently applied

What we're looking for:

Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards) Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements Leadership experience within a care setting Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills UK/EU driving licence and ability to travel locally Full right to work in the UK
