The Deputy Centres Manager is a full-time employee of CRFCA and is responsible to the Centres Manager, through Training Plans and Delivery and for the Line Management of all Facilities supervisors.
The post holders' main responsibilities are to act as cover for the Centres Manager, and to assist with the management of the four Cadet Centres, (Inskip, Windermere, Little Rissington, and Wittering). There is a requirement to travel to these centres as needed and a requirement for extended periods of stay on site.
In the absence of the Centre Manager, the post holder will be required to deputise.
This position is an All Hours Worked (AHW) basis, working an average of 42 hours per week over a 17-week period (including hours worked in evenings and weekends on a routine basis as directed by the Line Manager).

The post-holder is responsible for ensuring, so far as reasonably practicable, the Health & Safety of the staff they manage and for providing staff with appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision for all activities to ensure their safety at work.
