On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Deputy Chief of Staff Inside IR35 for a 3 months contract Hybrid based 3 days a week in Bristol and the rest from home.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Deputy Chief of Staff , your main responsibilities will be to:
Deliver comprehensive outer office support to two 1 executives, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and administrative oversight.
Serve as secretariat for monthly senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Collate and prepare materials for monthly team briefings, executive meetings, and strategic presentations.
Support the development, planning, and execution of Business Continuity initiatives and exercises.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders and their support teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
