Job Description

As Deputy Childcare Manager, with a minimum full and relevant L3 early years qualification (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england), you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 2-3 years.

You will work with the Head of Service and Deputy Manager in daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.

This role suits someone passionate about early years education, who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and making a real difference in children's lives.
