Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet, working together with thousands of foodservice businesses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join our team and help us to continue to do things the right way for customers, colleagues and the planet.


As a Deputy Customer Experience Manager based in the Group Customer Service and Total Resource Management Team, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to serve the planet, a purpose we care strongly about and are committed to. Supporting the Customer Experience Manager in delivering high customer service across Olleco's national operations. Supporting with the delivery of strategic account support, operational coordinator and service innovation.


With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser. We offer the human touch with local, community-based depots which seek to give back to those communities every chance we get.

A little bit more about the role:



Assisting in coordination of customer service across national contracts, including oil delivery, used cooking oil collection and TRM-led waste management services Supporting internal divisions (Oil, Sales and TRM) and collaborating with depot teams Supporting the development and performance of customer service team Maintaining service standards and assisting with issue resolution Managing TRM invoice approvals, resolving issues to support timely month-end Preparing internal and customer reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Supporting ERP system use and improvements, including training, testing, and feedback to enhance team efficiency.
