Deputy Day Opportunities Manager

will be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, as they will play a key role in shaping the future of the service.

As Deputy Day Opportunities Manager, you will:-

o Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-led supporto Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring high-quality service deliveryo Develop and grow community links, partnerships, and engagemento Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and sustainabilityo Help create a space where people can learn new skills, connect with nature, and thrive

What we're looking for:

o A strong, values-driven leader with experience in supporting with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needso A creative and flexible approach to service delivery and problem-solvingo A passion for inclusive, outdoor, and eco-friendly approaches to supporto Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent, OR willing to work towards within first 12 months of employment via HFT's fully funded development program. Experience supporting people with autism is preferred for this service as we have plans and opportunities to grow and expand our service offering and we are looking for someone with drive and vision to help us do so. If you're creative, proactive and passionate about person centred support, with experience working within a horticultural or woodland setting, we would love to hear from you.
