Join us as Deputy Director for People and Organisational Development (HR and People Change) in this brand-new role and help define the future of our workforce, culture, and organisational success. As a values-led leader, lead all aspects of HR services and the people response to transformation. Working closely with our Director for People and the Deputy Director (Strategy, Planning and Resourcing), you will be the face of HR Change Management, forging influential relationships with system leaders, regional teams, staff side representatives, Executives, Boards and Divisional Management. You will also have access to support for national talent programmes to further develop your leadership impact.



Deliver high-impact change programmes, champion a just, restorative, and learning culture and enable our people to thrive during change. Your expertise in employee relations, deep knowledge of employment law and proven track record will underpin our transformation.



Providing strong leadership, contribute to strategic priorities across the Trust as part of our senior leadership team. If you're a collaborative, visionary leader who wants to make a lasting impact, this is your opportunity to shape HR and OD for Gloucestershire's largest employer.



Lead strategic and operational HR services, including employee relations and change management



Design and implement HR policies aligned with transformation goals



Serve as Senior Responsible Officer for Trust people and change activity within and across organisations



Drive digital innovation in HR service delivery



Oversee strategic pay and reward initiatives



Provide expert workforce advice to senior stakeholders



Represent the Trust at system-wide strategic meetings and networks



Deputise for the Director for People and OD as required
