We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all restaurant standards are met, and supporting the front of house team in delivering exceptional restaurant experiences. Duties

Leading others in a busy, demanding environment Assisting the General Manager from training and recruitment right through to budgeting and marketing Being out on the floor, making sure the customers are happy Working hard to keep team members motivated and hitting their targets Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly reviewing product quality and researching new vendors Organizing and supervising shifts Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a supervisory/management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
