DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - The Snowdon, Llandudno, LL30 2HB

Full Time - 45 hours per week

Salary 32,500 per annum plus profit share bonus and excellent company benefits

The Snowdon

is one of the oldest pubs in Llandudno town, and our wide range of real ales, top quality wine and daytime offering of fresh, home cooked dishes makes it a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.

We are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

to work alongside the GM, leading the team and driving the Snowdon forward. If you are ambitious and both a strong leader as well as a team player, then this could be the role for you.

What we're looking for:

A positive deputy general manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people and the industry, so not much!

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you'll have the attitude and work ethos we're looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as within a short space of time the team will be looking to you for direction and guidance.
