Join our team at the new Safestay Kensington Holland Park as the Deputy General Manager.This role would ideally suit somone from a hospitality background with good reception/rooms knowledge looking to step up in their career. The job would involve tasks such as;

Leading the front of house team Overseen and developing the F&B Overseeing the booking system (Cloudbeds) Assisting the General Manager in daily admin tasks Deputing for the General Manager in their Absence.
This list is not exhaustive and tasks may and will arise that fall out with the jobs above. This is a full time role working 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday with varying shift times depending on business needs.

Overview

We are seeking a Deputy General Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Support in food preparation and cooking when necessary
- Help in training new employees on restaurant procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in bartending techniques is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
