We have several exciting opportunities to work as part our growing team. We are looking for
a Deputy Head Coach.
Candidates will have a passion for delivering excellence and are able to deliver reliable, high quality and enjoyable experiences centred on the needs of the participants.
The primary purpose of the role is to help support individuals attending our Holiday Sports programmes. The sessions are targeted at children aged 5-16 with learning and/or physical disabilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Support Individuals with additional needs.
General 1-1 support.
Building positive relationships with participants & parents.
Help coaches deliver fun, engaging games and activities.
Set Up, pack up and maintenance of equipment.
Registering of participants as well other potential admin.
Engagement of participants.
Suitable candidates will have worked with SEN Children within education or the community.
Hours:
SEND provision:
Saturday's 10am-3pm
Mondays or Thursdays 4pm-5:30pm
School holiday sessions availible also (10 hours per week)
Hourly rate:
Sportworks is committed to paying above the Living wage where possible and hourly rates range between 15.00 and 17.50 per hour dependent upon the project, your experience and relevant qualifications.
