About the role





We are seeking a motivated and innovative Deputy Head of Learning Support to join our well-established Learning Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop our SEND provision for 16-18 learners as well as our adult learning services.




As Deputy Head of Learning Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving the quality and inclusivity of our learning support provision. You will lead and line manage multiple teams across a large department, including specialist teachers, assessors, and assistive technology experts. Your leadership will help ensure that every learner receives the highest standard of support to thrive.
