Role purpose and overview
As Deputy Head of Social, you'll oversee the daily implementation of our strategies, working closely with the team to ensure our content shines on all social media platforms. You'll also have the opportunity to create and coordinate social strategies for breaking news and special projects.
Assisting the Head of Social, you will help to develop The Telegraph's long-term social strategies and identify opportunities for innovation across platforms.
You will work across a variety of content in a fast-paced newsroom, alongside some of the country's best journalists in their field. This is an exciting challenge to make a real impact, working with all desks to increase engagement and drive subscriptions through social.
