We are seeking an exceptional
senior leader
to join our highly skilled Senior Leadership Team, which consists of the
Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Primary Leader and three Assistant Headteachers

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective, visionary leader who is passionate about inclusive, high-quality education from Early Years through to GCSE. As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
Provide outstanding strategic and operational leadership across the whole school, ensuring high-quality teaching and strong pastoral care.
Help secure a cohesive and progressive 3-16 curriculum, maintaining continuity of culture, expectations and standards across the primary and secondary phases.
Deputise for the Headteacher, taking full responsibility for the leadership and management of the school when required.
Lead on whole-school improvement priorities, using data rigorously to evaluate performance, identify priorities and drive continual improvement.
Line manage and develop staff, providing appropriate challenge and support, and contributing to a culture of professional growth and high expectations.
The precise portfolio of responsibilities will be shaped around the strengths, experience and professional interests of the successful candidate and balanced across the Senior Leadership Team.
You will also play a key role in safeguarding leadership, ensuring that our statutory responsibilities are fully met and that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.

Has successful experience as a senior or middle leader with a strong record of impact on teaching, learning and outcomes.
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a track record of strong outcomes for pupils over time.
Has a clear and ambitious vision for inclusive, high-quality education and high expectations of behaviour, attitudes and outcomes for all pupils.
Can analyse data effectively and use it to drive improvement.
Has experience of leading on whole-school priorities (e.g. teaching and learning, assessment, curriculum, behaviour, pastoral care) and can demonstrate sustained impact.
Has the integrity, resilience and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships and lead others through change.
Is committed to staff wellbeing, professional growth and collaborative working across phases and settings.
