About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position within the school's Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will drive strategic development of the curriculum, staffing, timetabling, assessment, and data, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and outcomes for all students.
Specific responsibilities will be aligned to the experience, skills, and interests of the appointed candidate, alongside the evolving needs of the school. You will work closely with another Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) and an established team of Assistant Headteachers responsible for Behaviour, Attendance, Teaching and Learning, and Personal Development.
