Ranelagh Primary School
is seeking an inspiring and highly skilled leader of education to work collaboratively to transform the future of our school, deliver high pupil standards and embed a culture of excellence.
You will need to be an outstanding teacher with experience across all the primary age ranges. You will need to be resilient and have a proven track record of driving up standards and securing excellent outcomes for pupils. You will lead by example with integrity, humility, and a deep sense of purpose. You will work collaboratively and creatively with staff, pupils, families and the wider community; demonstrating a solutions focussed approach.
Your key roles will include:
developing teaching and learning to improve pupil outcomes
leading curriculum innovation and design in line with the school's vision
embedding secure and consistent assessment processes across all stages.
