We're seeking a

dynamic Deputy Headteacher

to help drive excellence across a growing school community. If you're ready to lead with vision, resilience, and compassion, we want to hear from you.

About the Role



As Deputy Headteacher, you'll work alongside the Headteacher to shape the future of the school. You'll have

strategic responsibility for curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, and SEND provision

, while acting as

Designated Safeguarding Lead

and championing pupil welfare.


You'll:


Deputise for the Headteacher

and lead the school when required. Drive

quality assurance

across teaching, learning, and assessment. Lead on

curriculum innovation

and statutory requirements. Support and develop staff through

mentoring, CPD, and appraisal

. Ensure the highest standards of

safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

. Build strong partnerships with

multi-agency teams, local authorities, and the wider community

.

What We're Looking For



Proven leadership experience in a school setting (preferably SEMH or SEND). A strong track record in

curriculum development and quality assurance

. Exceptional communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills. A commitment to

inclusive education

and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
