Overview
A full-time Nurse Deputy Manager is required for a nursing home setting. This role is ideal for an experienced and confident Registered Nurse (RGN) seeking to step into or continue in a leadership position. You will support the Home Manager in the daily running of the service while ensuring high standards of clinical and person-centred care.

Previous senior or supervisory experience in a care or nursing home setting

Role Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in leading the clinical and care teams
Oversee care delivery to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Conduct clinical assessments, audits, and staff supervision
Manage medication, care planning, and day-to-day clinical duties
Promote a positive, person-centred environment for residents
Contribute to staff training, development, and performance monitoring
