We are now looking to employ a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the smooth running of the Home, to work mainly in a supernumerary capacity but with weekends and floor cover as required.

Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings, facilities, in purpose built, high quality, design led care homes; and which are CQC highly rated.

Claremont House located in Beverley is a 73 bed Registered Care Home and provides an excellent standard of care for the elderly, including residential, dementia care as well as shorter term care.

A unique opportunity has arisen and will suit a person who aspires to "really make a difference" to the lives of older people who have chosen to live in spectacular residential care services.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in maintaining Quality Standards, Audits and Care Home Management at a senior level and who has a sound knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act 2015.

To be jointly responsible for the management of the care of the residents, including the deployment and supervision of staff throughout the 24 hour day, the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.

The ability to lead, support, train and develop people to create a dedicated caring staff team.

Staff management including recruitment, disciplinary, capability, performance management and rota management.

Be able to implement collaborative effective care and social care systems and practices to promote choices, privacy, dignity, independence, safety and welfare of all users.

The ability to liaise with all other multi-professional agencies within the local community.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
