Your Role as Deputy Care Manager:
Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service
Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
Drive high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and behavioural support
Help prepare for
CQC inspections
and ensure compliance
Work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals
Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that encourages independence
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Deputy or Manager in a
CQC-regulated setting
Strong background in delivering person-centred care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - Adult Care
(or working towards)
A genuine passion for high-quality care and personal development
Leadership skills to inspire and support your team
