to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Abbey Lodge Care Home. The successful candidate will play a key role in clinical leadership, staff management, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in operational and clinical leadership
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and care staff
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Assist with audits, staffing, and rota management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a
Deputy Manager or senior leadership role
within a care home
Strong understanding of
CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
preferred
but not essential (depending on service type)
