Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Dudley / Stourbridge, West Midlands
Salary: 44,000 per Annum
Hours: 37.5 hours / week - 7.5 hour shifts - 5 days / week

Job Requirements:
They are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with clinical management decisions. The service is a 25 bedded complex care and dementia nursing home setting, providing the highest standards of care and support to older people with dementia.

Skills and qualifications:
Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care - desirable
Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting.
Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional.
Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies.
