Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the care home.
Lead, manage, and mentor the nursing and care team to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure compliance with
CQC standards
, governance, and safeguarding regulations.
Oversee care planning, clinical audits, and medication management.
Act as a role model, promoting high standards of clinical and personal care.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
(Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities).
Previous experience as a
Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
in a care home.
Strong leadership and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, governance, and best practice.
Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to improving standards of care.
